Staying true to the ancient tradition of bread-making.
We bake in small batches using simple tools and organic, sustainably sourced ingredients to ensure our breads are of the highest quality.
To make our breads as accessible as possible, they do not contain gluten, dairy, eggs, corn, soy, gums, refined sweeteners, or preservatives. Apart from varieties containing nuts or seeds as mix-ins, our breads are nut and seed free. Our kitchen is a dedicated gluten-free space and we use only certified gluten-free ingredients.
